You can now perform financial transactions (as listed below), through our online facility

What are the features of Invest Online?
Additional subscription.
Redemption of units;
Viewing and accessing of the account statement;
Any other services/ facilities offered by SAMPL from time to time.


In case you are visiting our online facility for the first time, you are requested to complete the registration process. Once registered you can avail a host of services by visiting this facility at your time & convenience.

Who can Invest Online?
Only existing unit holders. Please refer to Scheme Information Document and Statement of Additional Information before investing.

STEPS INVOLVED.
• Click on Invest Online.
• For new user please fill the Registration form. For existing user they can access the account by inputting the user name, password & PIN.
• You are requested to go through the terms & conditions in detail. If these are acceptable, click on the “I Accept” button.
• Thereafter a mail will be sent to your registered email id which has your login details. You shall get the confirmation. On completion of the Registration form, please click “Submit”. You shall then review the information submitted by you in the format. If the contents are correct, you are requested to print this pre-populated Registration Form. This printed copy along with attested copies is required to be forwarded by you by post/courier to the following address within 7 days of the above Registration Process :

How to obtain PIN.
At user registration confirmation the Investor needs to click on the download PIN agreement form.
• Please download the PIN Agreement form and print it.
• Please fill up all the particulars in the PIN Agreement form and send it to the address mentioned below, duly signed by all the Unit holders.

If you have more than one folio number and the mode and order of holding are same for all such Folio numbers, you can give the particulars of these folio numbers in a single PIN agreement form, up to the maximum of 6 Folio numbers.

Separate PIN agreements needs to be executed if the mode and order of holdings are different for same investors in different folios.

PIN will be generated per holder per form and dispatched to your address registered with us. The PIN will be distinct for each holder

On receipt of PIN agreement along with enclosure mentioned below, PIN will be forwarded to you.

KYC and PAN norms to be followed for online transactions

W.e.f. 1-1-08, SEBI has made it mandatory to furnish PAN number and attested copy of PAN card of all the applicants. No online transaction will be allowed if concerned folio is not PAN compliant.

Further, as per the SEBI circular dated 18-1-06, w.e.f 2-2-08 all applicants need to be KYC compliant if the investment amount is Rs.50,000/- and above. No online transaction will be allowed if concerned folio is not KYC compliant.

Documents to be sent along with the PIN agreement:

• Copy of PAN card of all the holders duly verified with the original or verified/attested by AMFI registered distributors, bank managers or judicial authorities.
• KYC acknowledgement copy. (If folio is not KYC complaint).
• Copy of Pre-Populated Registration form.


How to associate my folio to a User Id?
After you receive the PIN you can associate your Folio number to the User ID created by you as a one time activity. All you need for associating any folio to your User Id is the PIN of the first holder. Having associated more than one folio as above, you can change the PIN for all these folios/holders to a common PIN of your choice for ease of transacting.
Once your Folio number is associated with the User ID you can do the following transactions online:
Additional subscription.
Redemption of units;
Viewing and accessing of the account statement;
Non-commercial transactions - Changes of bank account details.
Any other services/ facilities offered by SAMPL from time to time.

Transactions:
Once you have associated your folios number to your login you can perform following transactions online.
• Purchase.
• Redemption.
• Switch in / Switch out
• Non-commercial transactions - Change of bank account details.

Available banks for online transactions
• IDBI BANK.
• AXIS BANK.
• STATE BANK OF INDIA.
• ICICI BANK.
• PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK.
• BANK OF BARODA.
• UNION BANK OF INDIA.
• KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK
AMC may add / delete Bank for the purpose from time to time.

Please note that:
• User ID will be locked for security reasons if the password is entered wrong thrice PIN for the folio number will be locked for security reasons if the PIN is entered wrong thrice
• You cannot re-login to the online service if you have closed the window without logging out properly.

What is Invest Online?
Investonline is a service offered on www.saharamutual.com for investors of SAHARA Mutual Fund whereby they can Purchase, Redeem or Switch units of SAHARA Mutual Fund schemes, at present open ended equity schemes, online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. They can also view their portfolio, transaction summary and statement of account online.

How to Register?
You need to fill-up the registration form to create User ID (your email id will be your USER ID) and Password. The Registration option is on the website. Once you register you will receive a confirmation email on the Email Id registered with us.

How to apply for PIN (Personal Identification Number) ?
You need to download the PIN agreement, click Invest Online on www.saharamutual.com After registration; ‘User Registration Confirmation’ screen appears where one can download PIN AGREEMENT. And print it.
Please fill up all the particulars in the PIN agreement form and send it to the address mentioned below or to the nearest KARVY investor service centres, duly signed by all the holders on all the pages.

You need to fill up separate PIN agreements if the mode and order of holding differs and in such cases for each folio, a separate PIN will be generated and allotted to each holder.
The PIN will be dispatched to your address registered with us through secure stationary.
Once you receive the PIN, you need to associate the Folio number to the User ID you have created. While associating the folio number you need to use the PIN allotted to the first holder. Once the association is complete you can transact online.

What happens if I forget my PIN ?
You need to send a written request to the office of the registrar M/s karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad/ AMC offices to regenerate your PIN. A new PIN will be generated and dispatched to the communication address registered with us through secure stationary.

When and how will I receive my PIN?
Your PIN will be sent to your communication address registered with us through secure stationary within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the PIN Agreement Form to our offices

Who all are required to sign the PIN agreement form?
All Unit Holders are required to sign the PIN Agreement Form, irrespective of the mode of holding.

The PIN that I have received is tampered, what should I do?
If the PIN you receive is tampered, then please do not use it to login. Return the same to the registrar with a covering letter in order to obtain a new PIN.


Can I have a single PIN for all my folios?
Single PIN is possible to be allotted to each holder for all the folios included in the single PIN Agreement Form provided the mode and order of holding is same. If the mode and order of holding is not same, then you need to apply for PIN in a separate PIN Agreement Form.

What are the precautions I need to take while transacting online?
PIN allotted to you should not be shared with anyone as it is equivalent to your signature for online transactions and can be used for redeeming the proceeds of your investments

How can I retrieve my password if I have forgotten one?
At the time of registration, you will be asked to enter a secret question that will enable us to validate your User ID and account. If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Forgot Password' link1 and enter your User ID [Email ID].

I have multiple Folio numbers, how many times do I need to create User ID ?
Creation of user ID is a one time process. After creating User ID just associate all your folios across schemes to the ID once.

What is the mode of payment if I wish to purchase online ?
If you are the bank account holder of any of the banks available with us to transact online, and are availing internet banking facility, we will take you to your bank's site through the secured pathway where you can authorise bank to debit your account and transfer the amount you wish to invest in Sahara MF Scheme. How to make Purchases Online?
Login with your User Id.
Select the folio number in which you wish to make an online purchase.
Click on Transaction and then on Purchase.
Enter the PIN based on the mode of holding.
Select the scheme/plan/option.
Enter the amount you wish to invest & click on submit.
Confirm the transaction
Select the bank and make your payment online.
Authorise payments against the purchase you intend to make.
A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered Email ID of the investor giving the details of the transaction

How to Redeem Online ?
Login with your User Id.
Select the folio in which you wish to make redemption.
Click on Transaction and then on Redemption.
Enter the PIN based on the mode of holding.
Select the scheme, you wish to place a redemption request.
Select the type of redemption - whether partial or full and enter the amount/units you wish to redeem & then click on submit.
Confirm the transaction.
A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered Email ID of the investor giving the details of the transaction.

How to Switch Online ?
Login with your User Id.
Select the folio in which you wish to switch
Click on Transaction and then on Switch.
Enter the PIN based on the mode of holding.
Select the scheme you wish to place a switch request.
Then select the scheme you wish to switch into.
Select the type of switch - whether partial or full and enter the amount/units you wish to switch & then click on submit.
Confirm your transaction.
A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered Email ID of the investor giving the details of the transaction.

What NAV is applicable for the transactions done on invest online ?
The uniform Cut-off time as prescribed by SEBI and as mentioned in Scheme Information Documents of respective schemes shall be applicable for applications received on the website.

Submission of PAN and KYC.
KYC is mandatory for all class of Investors.

Is there any charge for transacting online?
No. There is no charges payable by investor to Sahara Mutual Fund for availing the facility of online transaction. However, the Sahara Asset Management Company Private Limited may levy any service charges as applicable from time to time in consideration for the services provided herein. However users not consenting to the charge then, may opt out of the PIN facility

The procedure to terminate online transaction agreement and disable the PIN.
If the Unitholder/s wishes to terminate this Agreement and disable the PIN, the Unitholder/s may terminate the PIN facility by making an application to SAHARA AMC / Registrar in writing and signed by her/him along with all the Joint Holders, if any. SAHARA AMC / Registrar shall disable the User ID and the PIN allotted to such Joint Unitholders, if any, at any time within a period of 10 business days from the date of receipt of the said Application.
SAHARA AMC is also authorised to terminate the PIN facility without prior notice on the occurrence of any event, which in the sole opinion of SAHARA AMC, may have a material or adverse impact on the Designated Account, or on the operations of the Schemes of SAHARA MUTUAL FUND / SAHARA AMC / Registrar / Service Provider, including but not limited to:
Non-compliance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
Death, insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation of the Unitholder.
Any other cause arising out of operation of law.
Closing of Unitholder’s account.
Such other reason(s) as SAHARA AMC may, in its sole and absolute discretion deem proper.

Do I receive any acknowledgement for the transaction done on invest online ?
A confirmation mail will be sent to your Email ID registered with us giving the details of the transaction
